Yes No View Results Arguments For: We basically already use Social Security for identity for cases where identity is important. Unfortunately, Social Security is not very secure as it was never designed to be used as a National Identity card. Creating a National ID card would make things much more secure. Arguments Against: Creating a National ID card goes against what this country is for.
