You are not doing it in the name of justice. There are other ways to fight for your cause. One of the rallying cries is "Trump thinks all Mexicans are rapists by default!!!" when, in reality, even after overlooking that "Mexican" isn't a race, Trump's speech specifically noted that Mexico wasn't sending its best people -- thereby implying that this group is anomalous and not representative of the whole. The charge of racism has become the new McCarthyist unfounded communist claim, which is bad for poisoning discourse while -- more importantly -- muddying the waters and thereby damaging the cause.
