Titan S2 beated holy fuck S3 when?!?! Thought on Titan S2 below obviously MAJOR SPOILERS

Ok so we left off with the Titan in the wall. I'm convinced the wall was made out of humans who turned themselves into Titans then basically hardened into the wall to protect some of humanity. That's the only thing that makes sense logically. After that we finally get to learn more about Ymir and holy fuck she's a Titant too with a sad backstory about how her life sucked nonstop until she learned about Christa who in a twist is an important person who might have knowledge about all this shit going on in the world. I think her real name is worse than her Christa name though.

There's this Beast Titan that can talk so he must be human and he can even command other Titans to a degree. He seems like he might be the final boss, but who knows since these types of shows can last ages if they want. Conny saw a Titan who looked like his mom so it must be her and it even talked. After that stuff we learn who the Armored and Colossal Titans are and holy fuck I had no idea Bertholdt (not sure I spelled it right) was going to be the Colossal one. I knew Reiner was one and that he was likely the Armored one because most of the Titan/humans look similar to their human selves which is why I thought the Colossal one was gonna be Pyxis XFD whoops. Reiner vs Eren was really cool and then we got into another rescue Eren scenario. It sounded like people become Titans after eating a human so that's probably the case. Eren must've eaten a human at some point (maybe his dad?) and then forgot all about it not knowing he had Titan powers until the first time he changed in the show. Lots of people got injured or killed. Erwin lost an arm all while being a fucking badass telling everybody to keep charging. Mikasa sadly got wounded and couldn't do anything ugh, but we finally saw Christa woman up and start killing Titans so that was cool. Hannes dying sucked, but I saw it coming way back when he talked about everybody being together again. I didn't expect Eren fucking dominating Titans in his human form without any gear though holy shit that was awesome.

So ultimately Eren is a special human/Titan with the ability to command other Titans which is why Reiner's group wants him so badly, but too bad for them Eren wants to exterminate all Titans because Reiner and Bertholdt fucked up and got his mom killed by Titans whoops. Tons of fucking theories and revelations with this season. Ultimately there's a group of human/Titans outside the walls who for whatever reasons want humanity to lose so we learn the battle all along has been man vs man instead of man vs monster aka Titan.

What a fucking incredible show.

Hell I might have even forgotten to mention some stuff since there was just so many things revealed and so many new questions to think up answers to. Please don't be 5 years until S3

Pretty sure S3 is next year.

But....I wouldn't get my hopes up for S3 being as good as S2 if I were you, for a multitude of reasons.

I don't want any spoilers, but I imagine S3 doesn't have too many questions left to answer so that might be a part of why it's not as exciting or anything. I see potential for things to maybe go sour depending on where it goes from the anime's ending point, but it's been amazing so far so I feel hopeful the series comes to a good end

I'll just say I dropped Titan for a reason.

I don't think I could drop the series unless something major happened that was really awful. Not gonna read any sort of spoilers and just wait for the next anime season. I mean even if they revealed Eren was actually a woman and Armin was a futa I wouldn't drop it

Not sure what anime I will start next or when. Playing some Peach Beach Splash and Overwatch's Halloween event starts Tuesday so I will have to get everything there. I already got like all of the stuff last Halloween so all I should need is whatever new stuff they add and I've got 13,000 coins so I'm not worried. I'd love to watch Jojo next, but uh it has like the worst subs of all time on Hulu. I think Viz handles the subs and they're just terrible to even try to read on Hulu for some reason. To make matters funnier they literally don't even appear at all unless you enable subs while every other anime has them built into the video already

NGNL Zero is really good btw. Far better than the novel (which was only ok)

(And this is *not* factoring in that I had to watch it dubbed due to scheduling issues)

You know in some ways Senran Kagura is like DBZ if everybody was a ninja waifu....they have some of the exact same ridiculous elements. Maybe that's why I like it lol

XFD what a great final boss. By the way the end credits for this game are literally each girl shaking their asses. Could there be a greater ending credits in all of gaming???

The trailer made it look like all feels and zero laughs. Misleading? The emotional parts of NGNL were the weakest, the missing brother episode being a total skip on rewatches.

Partially misleading, but not completely (Remember that the setting is literally the Great War)

The emotional parts are much better executed than Ep 9 of the TV series though

I barely remember NGNL. I know I liked it, but I can't remember too much details about it. I always forget chunks of stuff after it has been a while since I've seen something

In fairness NGNL was a show where I was never the intended audience but due to the hype I decided to watch it anyways, so my opinion probably shouldn't mean much.

Genny and I just went to see NGNL Zero in theaters, and I enjoyed it. But this is from someone who has never watched it at all, though this movie is a prequel so it allows for that and there's an ample amount of pre-movie material explaining the universe. There were a few laugh out loud parts but it is largely emotionally centered, but I found it very enjoyable.

I'll probably end up watching the series at some point.

Oh yes best part of October is all the horror movies on Hulu and Netflix.

I still have to beat the short Paradise episodes for Peach Beach Splash and then I'm done with all the story stuff. I gotta find a way to do online multi for Survival so I can unlock the card packs for the shop. I tried it solo with AI partners and only made it to like wave 20-25 out of 50. Maybe if I completely max out my character I can do it with AI, but we'll see. I am determined to Platinum this thing

Maybe i could add one anime horror film for the month.

I would seriously be happy if ufotable did the Fate route. I'm not too excited about HF movies sadly because fights are like the best part of this series and HF fights are mostly garbage :(
