What are some tips you fellow renters got for us?

The only rules we've explicitly broken is that we have a pet tarantula which isn't technically allowed based on the pet policy of our apartment building, but we're gonna keep his tank in my car for the day, besides our fish and parakeet.
Our stove is a disaster but that's mostly because it's a piece of shit and the design of it makes it almost impossible to keep clean if you actually cook on a regular basis. Should we try cleaning it beforehand or not bother?

The only thing I could imagine being mistaken as a fire hazard is that I have like 25 game consoles all on display with my TV, ready to play. That said, only the AV cables are connected, only like 4 of them are actually plugged in to power outlets. But I feel like the manager will just see lots of wires and declare it a hazard without actually checking to see if they're plugged in or not.

I think you should be fine.

Were it something actually important, you would have been notified about half an hour ahead of time.
The more notice you have, the more likely this is just some bureaucratic or bookkeeping obligation.

They're mostly going to be concerned about anything that has the potential to cause lasting damage, so wipe down the vents, the skirting boards, any rails in sliding doors that get clogged up with dust and dirt, etc.

Clean the house immaculately, obviously. If you have dirty carpets consider a steam clean or something.
