To be fair, at 5 I was playing NES, so a wii with its kiddie games would seem awesome.

If I got a Wii for my kids they'd get real games like Xenoblade, Mario Galaxy, and Twilight Princess.

Twilight Princess is a little too much for 5 but in a few years ill see how it goes, if she wants.
