This almost sounds like 'men will be men', a very sexist argument. I mean given how they behaved last year this time vs Trump - I wouldn't have expected them to hide the fact they groped women themselves. Sounds like they were accusing Trump of what they themselves are guilty off.

Eh, it could have been an accident. I've wrapped my arm around a girl for a photo and accidentally cupped part of her boob once, so it could definitely have been an accident. Fortunately in my case she was into me, so she didn't care, but if there wasn't that interest I might have been in deep water over an accident.

He's smart enough to know that no one would believe it was an accident even if it was. People like to make drama out of everything. Not saying it wasn't on purpose, in fact it's probably more likely that it was, but it doesn't have to be.
