The PC i'm using as a base already has
8GB Ram Windows 7 PC Case Intel core i7 2.9 ghz (is this too slow?) I need GTX1060 Power Supply for said 1060 More USB Ports Keyboard 144hz Monitor (is it possible to get these somewhat cheap? 1920x1080? i dont care about 4k) Probably a new fan? I should note I'm not trying to do video editing or anything fancy with this, just modern games in 1080p 60f

Eh if it comes to future things I'll probably upgrade the processor and hard drive at the same time early next year or so, I just want to get a working rig to play modern games on so I can prepare for steam winter sale since I haven't had a gaming capable PC ever and I've missed a ton of games or had to play 30 fps console versions.
