Monday

Bench Press 5x5
Over Head Press 5x5
Bent Over Rows 5x5
Dips 3x10
Chin-Ups 3x10

Tuesday

Squat 5x5
Barbell Curls 5x5
Tricep Pulldowns 55
Calf Presses 3x-
Crunches 3x-

And then I repeat this routine for Thursday/Friday. I'm currently going three times a week, but I want to increase it to four. Thoughts?

yes, you could add deadlift to your legday and you would have all the major lifts accounted for

some do Deadlifts on back day, some on leg. I prefer leg

I would, but I can't for the life of me get my form right. I'm arching my back way too much when I do them, and until I learn how to properly do them, I'll omit them from my workout routine.
