Monday
Bench Press 5x5 Over Head Press 5x5 Bent Over Rows 5x5 Dips 3x10 Chin-Ups 3x10 Tuesday Squat 5x5 Barbell Curls 5x5 Tricep Pulldowns 55 Calf Presses 3x- Crunches 3x- And then I repeat this routine for Thursday/Friday. yes, you could add deadlift to your legday and you would have all the major lifts accounted for
some do Deadlifts on back day, some on leg. I prefer leg --- Dallas Cowboys : 2 - 3 Dallas Mavs : Dirk Nowitzki: 30, 260 points (6th all time) 1159 from Wilt ... Copied to Clipboard!
