I dont get super thirsty after one unlike a frozen pizza (super high sodium.. you're not really meant to eat more than 2 slices... lol)

You're not supposed to eat more than 2 slices of any pizza technically.

Pizza is not healthy.

Is a homemade organic whole wheat crust and grass fed mozzarella cheese with orgainic tomato sauce, mushrooms, spinach, onion, garlic, asparagus, broccoli, olives, pineapple and basil 'not healthy'?

Wouldn't be pizza without cheese. The point is it just isn't healthy. Doesn't mean it will ever stop me from eating it.

It can have a lot of saturated fat. Shockingly large amounts.

That said, for my home-made pizza, I use the "part-skim milk" shredded mozzarella cheese (oddly has less fat than the "low fat" mozarella), so it's not too bad. Maybe still 25% daily value of saturated fat for a 8" personal pizza.

Healthy pizza gives you more energy and improves your mood and makes you more efficient at living your life. Its easier to enjoy life when you feel great! Switching to healthier food is the best decision of my life! Drop the ignorance and start researching what you are eating. The future you will thank you!

Healthy sources of saturated fat are part of a healthy diet. As I have already stated cheese has numerous health benifits. Also obesity and heart disease has only gone up since the low fat craze has begun

I prefer California Pizza Kitchen's frozen pizza over Little Caeser's piza. I miss the regular thicker crust. Lately all I can find in the supermarket is thin crust, which is still pretty good.

I know healthy fat is good. Hell, just had salmon tonight, and made sure to get as much of the fat from the fillet as I could.
But saturated fat isn't healthy fat. I guess it's better than trans fat, but that's not saying much.

Why would you ruin your pizza with part skim or low fat mozzarella? That stuff doesn't melt very well. You really need whole milk mozzarella for that perfect ooey gooeiness.

as I pointed out in another post. walmart has a pizza thats not frozen but kept refrigerated that you bake at home. local one has dropped in quality but they are still lot better than frozen. now that I think about I bet the deli makes the things themselves since its in their section, which would account for the quality drop, new employees or something.

Well obviously a restaurant pizza is going to be better than a frozen pizza. Any actual pizzeria would be.

We just use the pre-made Boboli crusts. Easier than making it from dough and I don't even think it ends up being much more expensive.
Sauce: Any thick/chunky marinara sauce of your liking.
Cheese: The bags of shredded mozzarella are fine and like the crusts...quick and easy

Toppings are whatever you want. We use fresh tomato, canned pineapple, and feta cheese. Pop it in the over like 8-10 min and it's done.

True, but a modest investment in a decent pizza stone will improve the pizza you can make at home considerably.

Home made dough isnt that hard to do really. So its not like Im going too far out of my way.

Other ingredients would distract against the specific flavor Im looking to achieve.

Fair enough. To me the WV pepperoni roll just seems meh on it's own. I'd at least use something like a really smoky sausage. Just jabbing pepperoni into dough seems like a waste, but as a base for other things I see some potential.
