turned on my ps4 to cancel it cause I realized I haven't used it in a while and it's not worth it. but it makes me do a 20 minute update before it will let me sign in to cancel. so I try my ps3 and I can't even figure out how to do it on that. the instructions I read tell me to click on something but all it does is list all the games I bought. so I try to do it on my phone on the website. and it doesn't work there either. nowhere I look can I find how to cancel. so I am stuck sitting here waiting for the stupid ps4 update to finish cause that's the only way I know how to do it. how does a mega company like sony have such a horribly designed website that there is no way to cancel on there?
