Rockies 10/16/17 12:50:01 AM #4:	I've barely played more than 15 NES games, but even then, I don't think I can come up with 15 of them that wouldn't include some I'd be embarrassed to have on a top 15. The Mega Man games are the only ones I've played that really have a substantial soundtrack... and even then, I only think 2, 3 and 4 are great. Sure, Mario and Zelda are classics, but beyond like one or two themes per game what do they really have? <cite>Rockies posted [p:888515757] in Your top 1... Castlevania Castlevania 2 Castlevania 3 Contra Double Dragon Ducktales Final Fantasy III Mega Man 2 Mega Man 3 Mega Man 4 Ninja Gaiden Rad Racer (it has like 3 songs, but I love them) Rygar Super Mario Bros. 3 Zelda II: The Adventure of Link Edit: Originally only wrote 10 games, didnt see it was top 15. I haven't played too many of the "obscure" NES games that people say have good music. Super Mario Bros. Legend of Zelda Metroid Final Fantasy Kirby's Adventure Dragon Warrior IV Mega Man 2 Castlevania Darkwing Duck Actually, I haven't played Darkwing Duck either, but I think its music is pretty good. Fairly often I go on Youtube to listen to the music or to watch a bit of a playthrough of the game.
