When I selected 144hz refresh rate, the screen has really bad flicker (this is a 144hz monitor). But when I selected 120, it's super smooth. Do I just need a driver update? Speaking of driver updates, I just installed the OS, CCleaner, Firefox, and Malwarebytes. Where do I get driver updates?
