Pretty neat commercial. I can understand why adults wouldn't want to step in to stop it, it would be easy for the kid to start claiming the adult was abusing them or hit the adult. What would you do if a 12 year hits you? You can't hit them back or grab them, you'll get arrested. The two people that intervened handled it really well though. Kids will fuck off when confronted by bigger adults for the most part.

There's two bullying segments. One between the teens and one involving an employee serving smashed burgers. This was all filmed with real people (faces aren't blurred either), and it turns out that the customers would do something about their smashed burgers, but not do anything about the bullying between the teens.

I'm not sure what the controversy is yet, but it's probably from that.

High school actors start bullying another actor and no one does anything. While this is going on, staff purposefully mess up people's food and they come over and flip out on the workers while ignoring the high schoolers bullying next to them lol
