but seriously:
I am offended when people say it is pet food, Cardinal Scherer said at the same event. The concern is to recall food from restaurants that is ready for use and for it to be safely put on the table of those who are hungry rather than thrown away.

they're on the right track, the amount of perfectly good food this world throws out is crazy. the people that this affects certainly aren't going to complain, bet it's all the rich having a cry about this. those in extreme poverty don't have the privilege to pick what they eat based on nutritional value. this is better than eating from the fucking trash.
