Well, it is a screensaver for when the TV is turned on, but nothing important is plugged into it. Graphics are mostly of excellent and photorealistic quality, but the whole thing chugs at 24 Frames Per Second. Gameplay is minimal, to the point where it is completely nonexistent. Constantly makes noise.

I give "Tee Vee" a 3/10. The graphics alone are worth 5 points, but I had to dock off 2 due to the abysmal framerate, and the fact that it makes annoying sound whenever it is turned on, and no consoles are also turned on.
