Yes, I started doing this after my last dentist appointment where I was told that my breath smells like crap and it's not proper hygiene to not brush my teeth on a regular basis.

My gums, I was told, were bleeding because they were not used to being cleaned.

Is the last time you went to the dentist also the first time you went to a dentist in your life? Not that you even should need to go to a dentist to learn you should brush your teeth. Egads man, aren't you like 20? I mean you can at least say you were just lazy/didn't care, but there's something really wrong if you legitimately don't know you're supposed to brush your teeth regularly

Let me take a break from everything I'm doing in my day and brush my teeth. Just ate something, time to brush my teeth. Had a donut, teeth brushing time. Have to remember to floss.

Don't be silly.

If you brush after every time you eat, you're destroying to enamel on your teeth.

It's perfectly fine to brush and floss twice a day, three times if you have a particularly large lunch or have something in your teeth.

Tbh I really just don't value my teeth on that timespan when my whole body is going to fall apart at that time anyway. At least not as much as giving half an hour each day.

I normally do just once a day, before i leave my house to go to work. if i stay inside all say i hate to say it sometimes i dont. i know its gross but whatever, thats pretty rare though.

I floss as often as I can, but never regularly.

I looked at my teeth in the mirror the other day and noticed they were slightly yellow. not like grossly disgusting but yeah. so ive stepped up my habits. ive been using the waterpik a lot more often, flossing a bit more, and trying to brush more. also mouthwash, which i always did but this time around trying to get it in there for 45 seconds or so, not a ten second rinse like before.

ultimately my teeth werent really that gross but my habits werent the best. But, not to act like i need to defend myself, it was pretty rare i'd stay inside all day and not brush but it did happen.

Usually once a day, mostly whenever I go to bed, occasionally I'll feel the need to brush them earlier in the bed, but usually not before bed.

I hate the feeling of plaque on my teeth. I brush about 2-3 times a day: before I go to work, after eating during break, and when I get home - with a floss or two in between those times. Sometimes I do a swig of mouthwash, but not always.

On my off days, just the two without the floss. I tend not to eat too much on my off days, unless I'm planning an outing to a restaurant or something.

I usually brush my teeth just once per day and that's before I go to bed.
I've heard brushing too much could cause stomach cancer from the toothpaste or something? I dunno, it was probably BS but whatevs.

I'm kinda lazy so that is probably the reason I only brush them once per day though.

I can't sleep if I don't brush my teeth before bed. I brush for the recommended time count then mouthwash. I floss three times a week as well.
