probably because this is a series that built its base on handhelds and late pc ports so the jump from $40 (less with launch discounts) or deep discounts to $60 on consoles is jarring

This makes sense to me. DR1 and 2 were $30ish together. I can wait until a time when the Steam price is palatable.

Would like to be in on the conversations, but that price is just unseemly!
