I've never beaten the final boss in Jet Force Gemini, although I wouldn't say I ragequit it. I kind of just put it down and never got back to it. It is pretty frustrating from what I remember, though. It's one of those bosses that just goes on and on.

I legit ragequit DKC3 like halfway through recently, but it was a second playthrough of the game. Can't really think of one that I've ragequit and never beaten once.

I don't remember ragequitting a game. I had something similar to your Jet Force Gemini but with Lost Kingdoms (GameCube game by the creators of Dark Souls)... tried the last boss 4 or 5 times, then put it down and just never got back to it.

30 hours into fallout 3. im lost in some cave and no desire to figure it out

Close to 40 hours in Nocturne before I have up.

The only times I can ever remember doing anything resembling ragequitting is when playing online with people who were cheating in a way that ruined the experience for other people. Not there for that crap. I have stopped playing some games before finishing them, but that's less ragequitting and more getting bored with the game.

The boss fight after "the plot twist" in Star Ocean: Til the End of Time. Game is so boring; I don't know what people see in it.

I made it to demise in Skyward Sword and lost once. I just stopped caring about the game. No anger involved, but I felt fulfilled enough.
