Mundane or something big, what it be?

Some teen mom threw her live baby in the trash a few months ago. They found it alive 2-3 days later and arrested the mom.

An older friend of mine murdered his wife then ditched the body in the woods. It was found a month later. Cops couldn't prove anything though, they even came to my house and basically threatened to blackmail me if I didn't find information for the to which I told them to fuck off (I don't actually know he did it, but it's pretty damn obvious), then he was found dead a month later so now they'll never solve the case.

It's not in my area really but it happened about 30 minutes away.

The Eric Frien manhunt from a few years back was literally in my town. Dude used toto ride my bus. I was put on lockdown working 3rd shift at my past job when someone saw him on the campus. It was a pretty crazy week or so. It was nuts to see someone I'd vaguely met on the FBI most wanted list.

No one was hurt iirc but it totally messed up traffic for a long time and when I went over to look at it it had the most cement trucks I've ever seen in one place before
