apartment lease dictates how many spaces they take up. cant do **** about it long as he isn't leaving them unmoved for days.

I had the same problem last year. Long story short, there was nothing in the lease about it and it blew up into this whole big problem that resulted in a few fights and repeated vandalism of vehicles. Shit was too crazy so I gtfo of that complex. But yeah, you're probably boned.
