I mostly drink just coffee, but every now and then I like a basic mocha--just coffee, milk and chocolate.

Though my favorite was actually a Cafe con Leche I got from Cafe del Teatro in Miami. Was delicious. But despite looking it up and trying more than once to make it, I never managed to pull it off myself.

...that's not what a flat white is. it just trades away the foamed milk for more steamed milk, it has the same espresso as a cappuccino or a latte

I'm tellin ya man, that cafe really presented a solid case for execution trumping complexity. That complementary buttered cuban bread? I don't even remember what what it came with. Not that it was bad, but it was overshadowed by the bread and coffee.

I don't drink coffee. I drink high quality loose leaf black tea. It's tastier and gives better energy since the caffeine is absorbed more slowly.
