You can also just create an email from your Internet provider. For example, I think Comcast allows you to set up 7 email accounts.

NeoGAF still exists. There's just been a massive exodus to ResetERA. ResetERA looks to be more like what GAF was (in the gaming side at least. Off Topic remains to be seen).

NeoGAF meanwhile seems like it's finding a new posting userbase. It's weird to watch. Ironically it seems to have transitioned to a "lets just talk about games with no politics" forum.
