In episode 9, during the fallout of Yura's cheating. Rin sucks.

And yeah, I'd say I like it. I know they are limited on episodes, but I wish so many of these tournaments didn't have "montage" rounds, where they just show a screencap for each round, and then only showing the first and final rounds animated. I wanted to see that badass team of Marines in action.

Question for people here who have watched Madoka Magica: Is there any scene later in the series that's worse than that infamous Mami scene in episode 3? I tried watching the show a few years ago but that scene was too much for me and my aversion to gore, so I dropped it. But I've built up a little bit more of a tolerance to it in recent years, and I think I could handle that Mami scene now, so I want to give Madoka Magica a second chance. But if there's any more scenes even worse than that later on, I need to know now.

Doki Doki Panic Library is a PC/Doujin/Omake of sorts and is actually one of two extra games within the official "ToHeart2 XRATED" PC game, the other being "Super Sweets Scramble". It is certainly the better of the two games as well and was distributed by Leaf, who are basically Aquaplus' "adult game" branch, whereas Aquaplus mainly distributes games of all ages. A non-adult version of "ToHeart2" was released for PS2.
