I go into the Action and Adventure category to browse and there are like 10 different movies that I've never heard of with him in them all from the last few years. Did the guy just start pumping out direct-to-video movies and Netflix was just like, "Well, we have to get those!"?

They're bought in package deals with various studios/distributors etc. It probably cost them very little for all those movies which adds a lot of content to the service
