A medium poached egg is straight up tasty, and with any acid in the water its suuuuper easy to cook 2 at a time or so in a medium sauce pan I'm not that big of a fan of soft poached eggs unless they are on top of a skillet breakfast and the yolks run into some hashbrowns or home fries or w/e <cite>ReggieTheReckless posted [p:889222371] in Over mediu...
