No. He's a narcissistic psychopath. Every action he does is to better himself (and to lesser extent, his family) and has deluded himself into an actual belief that what he does is the best possible outcome that he brought about and must be recognized as the best. Anything that goes against these basic tenants are shutdown socially and mentally shuts out the truth.

If you've ever played Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, it is the same symbolism represented by Kristoph Gavin's unbreakable black psychelocks (spoilers for final case).

I'm not sure you know what a psychopath truly is. Not every psychopath is the Joker. Most psychopaths are actually very charming and suave, but manipulative and self-serving. A large percentage of CEOs are psychopaths.
