argonautweakend 11/03/17 10:28:21 AM #1:	Friend of a friend and former HS classmate works at the same bank i want to. So I asked him a few questions about the job and he said he'd put in a word with his manager. a few days later he tells me they already filled the position. Okay no big deal, i had applications out at other branches. A few weeks later there was an opening at his branch, so I sent him a text message "hey theres another opening i applied" and i got no response. i figured that was weird but no big deal. then last night i was talking to my friend and he said "yeah, nick got let go...made one too many mistakes" kinda awkward when you jubilantly tell somebody you're applying for their former position... <cite>argonautweakend posted [p:889679503] in Well this ...
