At the end of the day it doesn't matter anyway. (Except finally beating Florida)

Assuming we still lose to Miss St...

If we win out at 11-2 and beating #1 Georgia and #1 Alabama we'd still make the playoff (and the world would end)

If we beat Georgia but lose to Bama. We'd still be the Citrus bowl. (It is possible
I guess if we beat Florida that we could lose to Bama and still make the Sugar bowl... but I doubt it)

If we beat Georgia but Auburn beats Bama and we beat Auburn we'd be Sugar Bowl (although with a UF win, that actually would be the Playoffs... so I guess in this rare instance I'd mind losing to UF more)

If we beat every team besides Georgia from here on out UF loss or no we'd be Citrus, Outback or Peach bowl everytime. (There is the remotest of outside shots that with the UF win we'd make the Big 6 as Sugar or Cotton IF Georgia and Bama both make the playoff, but I can't see not going to Auburn....

Any other combination is Belk, Gator, or Liberty no matter what UF win or not)

So realistically the ONLY way the UF loss would actually hurt us would be if we beat Georgia and Auburn wins the Iron Bowl and we beat Auburn to win the SEC Title, we'd be

It's certainly possible that a 2-loss SEC champion other than Auburn could make the playoff, but I think they'd need help. They wouldn't be ahead of a 1-loss Notre Dame, nor a 1-loss ACC Champion (either Clemson or Miami, whose loss would be to Notre Dame), they wouldn't be ahead of the Big Ten champion...and they probably wouldn't be ahead of a 1-loss Big 12 Champion. So for Kentucky to make the playoff, even if they somehow win out, would probably need one of these to happen:

1. Iowa State wins the Big 12. Preferably in the fashion of "Oklahoma State wins out for the regular season, Oklahoma beats TCU, Iowa State wins out except for the game against Oklahoma State and gets the undisputed second place by virtue of their head-to-head over both OU and TCU and then wins the rematch with OK State".
2. NC State wins out to take the ACC.

If both of those happen, a 2-loss SEC champ would definitely still be good...oh, wait, they might still get blocked by a 1-loss runner-up from their own conference, because LOL committee. The Pac-12 is also a consideration, but seems unlikely to be a concern.

Alternatively, Miami winning out completely helps because it knocks both Notre Dame and Clemson out and replaces them with just Miami.

Also it would further prove the point that a power 5 team should run the softest schedule they probably can, something they've at least tried to say they shouldn't.

I mean I don't think Wisconsin win out anyway but they will be at least 7 next week. And multiple of the teams above them still have to play each other. I think they would make it if they win out. Same for Miami.

If both Miami and Wisconsin win out it complicates things a little but they both likely get in and get murdered in the playoffs

Nothing to do with who's undefeated and who's not. Honestly the biggest thing is justifying the rankings hike from where they are now. Both Clemson and Oklahoma might play superior opponents to whoever plays in their conference title games. Having them suddenly jump teams with superior resumes that just beat superior opponents seems like it'd be a really hard sell.

Hell I thought Wisconsin would come out as #4, but they're #9.

In ND's case, I am skeptical they control their own destiny to begin with, because lack of a title game feels like it leaves them wide open to get passed by both Clemson and Oklahoma to begin with.
