You should be able to taste the difference between the two but even low sodium soy sauce is high in sodium. It should be be called lowER sodium.

Aren't you the guy that is always posting about how much snuff you buy?

And you're worried about this? Just forego soy sauce altogether if you're that concerned about your salt intake. Even smarter would be to stop eating food from restaurants.

nasal snuff, snus, chew, you got it. anything but shit in a can(skoal, etc).

its not really that I am concerned by the sodium content but if i hardly notice a difference i'll just go for less.
