It's a video, but basically she wanted a debit card with the same picture of Terry Crews' face that he uses to stop himself from spending money. The bank rejected it, and they told her that she needed written permission to use his face before they could. So she got on Twitter and after a lot of people retweeted it Terry Crews finally saw it and sent her permission.

Guy seems like he would be a blast to hang out with.

I looked at the picture but missed the caption. There was a meme a while ago that used the ssme picture that said to keep it in your wallet to prevent you from spending unnecessary money.
