C. Anyone who'd willingly convict on a non-violent drug charge is immoral. I hope to one day be on a jury to help make a difference.

I would convict somebody of any charge if I found out they were an addict at all.

I have a signature. Apparently this is important, but I still don't have my secret cool kid decoder ring yet.

Jury nullification isn't up to a single person.

Also there's pretty good chance you wouldn't get picked to be a juror with the intent to use nullification. Yes it's a thing, but it pretty much would never happen in an actual court.

Deadlocked jury will often result in prosecutors giving a better deal to the defendent. There was a case that I recall where a felony drug charge was reduced to a misdemeanor because a single juror nullified the charge.

Well it's a good thing you'd never be on the jury, if you follow the law and tell the truth during voir dire.

It's actually more common than you think. Yes, it's still rare but it occurs mostly during hung juries. Not full nullification but hung juries still help.

*Makes note on how to get out of jury selection*

It's really great to think about how if you were ever on trial, this is what you'd get. Some random fucker doing what he thinks is right.
