I'd probably only put it above the other DC universe movies and stuff like Thor 1-2. Iron Man 1 benefits from telling a complete story (even GotG is basically just one giant prologue in terms of pacing) and being the first one which is the only reason I listed it. I also havent seen Logan so you can i guess make a case for it if you want. To say nothing of the better X-Men, Batman, etc etc movies. Like it'd almost be more credible to me to say you just hate them all. Winter Soldier is fantastic but I don't think it does something that you can honestly claim that is wholly unique among super hero movies. Someone saying Winter Soldier is their favorite super hero movie and a good film makes a ton of sense.
