No one really disagrees with that particular Star Card being OP.
Thing is, most games launch with something that needs a nerf, that's not a good criticism of the lootbox system.

Is been known to be op since the beta. They can make instant changes to microtransactions but not that?

The problem isn't necessarily that it's not fun (I don't think having a paid advantage over other players is fun, but that's just me), the problem is that it's plainly designed to exploit consumers. People who would otherwise love to play a new Star Wars game are not buying Battlefront II because they don't want to support that bullshit or help normalize it.
