What are you playing it on?

There's a really good still alive Dragon's Dogma community that were super-nice to me. Join up with them and they will give you advice and equipment and stuff. As well as powerful pawns if you need them.

The game was designed for multiplayer co-operation and since the game is old there isn't much of it left anymore.

Also don't get bogged out on Side-quests. Some of them are missiable and when I found that out my 100%er mind kicked in and I tried to do everything, then just got bored.

You also need a long-range attack. I tried playing as a sword and shield guy and every time I had to fight a long-range enemy my pawns just stood there like idiots not doing anything.

I feel sorry for you if you played Dragons Dogma and didn't do that. And just heard "Fire Works Well!" and "Wolves hunt in packs!" for the entire game
