And as I (rightly) predicted immediately before the new topic, if you are so much of a snowflake to put someone on ignore you clearly aren't mature enough for political discourse. Which was proven beyond any shadow of a doubt.

Trust me. They do not go into my topics anyways so they are self-filtered. Why you think they have to make their own topics when I make the new topic? This is like the third time they have made one after I alrdy had made one and created multiple politics topics at the same time to achieve their "containment".

I don't care if you ignore someone like legit ignore them talking. That's fine, and a very real world solution to problems.... I made this topic because if you have it where you don't even SEE their posts you don't remotely live in the real world and therefore lack any and all maturity to talk something like politics.

Number of people blocked doesn't really have any correlation with your ability to discuss things rationally. For instance I would say both you and Ulti are more or less equally bad at this but he has one of the largest ignore lists on the board and you have none.

There are reasons rational people would have you blocked, and there are reasons irrational people would have you blocked, and I do think you get your fair share on both sides, but yeah.

There is 0 reason to ever have anyone blocked unless they are specifically harassing you. I don't mean harassing like I disagree with them. I mean harassing like a dude attacking Coriks children. Because that isn't reality.

You don't have to apologize. Again, I only made this topic so that if it caught on we could permanently weed out the people who have others on ignore from the politics topic series.

You block people to save time. That's pretty much all there is to it. There's no reason to feel obligated to waste your time reading everyone's posts on this board. There are better things to do.

If I regularly felt compelled to argue with you when you were being particularly buffoonish, I would have you blocked too. Luckily I find your particular style to be particularly easy to ignore when you're not saying anything of value so I keep you unignored because you do on occasion raise salient points.

I mean, I'm sure some people have you ignored for echo chamber reasons but I'm not going to pretend that that's the only reason for you of all people. And I actually like you, believe it or not, but I'm just calling a spade a spade.
