All this does is illustrate what a PR nightmare this game's release has been. The House of Mouse has a very stringent look when it comes to its properties, and it doesn't like seeing its name affiliated with negative press. Look at what happened when they tried to blackball the LA Times, when they ran a piece on Disney's business dealings and tax breaks with the city of Anaheim. They walked that back pretty damn quickly when they saw the conflagration at their front door. That's all it is.
