General information: every generation of Pokemon starts with the first ten in the Pokedex. Five advance. Then a new five face those five, and so on and so forth. This goes until we reach the end of a generation, at which point each round becomes single elimination until we determine a generation winner. At the moment, Jolteon, Feraligatr, Flygon, Gliscor, Chandelure, and Hawlucha have won generations and will be involved in the grand finals alongside the winner of Gen VII, and the three Pokemon with the longest winning streaks (Blaziken, Excadrill, and Zigzagoon) to give us a final ten.

In the event of a tiebreaker, I'll hold a one-off topic to break said tie. Those rounds (same as these poll topics) last 24 hours to determine winners and whatnot. For purposes of this contest, no alts and no rallying.

Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot.

Hawlucha and Meowstic kept it close early on, but Hawlucha had a string of unanswered votes that just proved too much for the Psychic-type to overcome. Thus, Hawlucha is our ninth finalist, with only one finalist remaining! I'll not be including mega evolutions or Alolan forms, as that opens a can of worms that will only prolong this contest. As such, we now begin with Gen VII!

You should also include the 5 new Pokemon introduced in Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon during the Gen VII part of this contest. We already know their Pokedex numbers, and they all come after Marshadow. For reference, these are the final 6 Pokemon in the Pokedex:

804 - Naganadel
805 - Stakataka
806 - Blacephalon
807 - Zeraora

You can always support the Pokemon that Ermine likes, since I remember you were saving Ermine's favorites during the last Save My Pokemon contest. From this generation, I know Ermine loves Decidueye, Rockruff, and Lycanroc.
