Traps looking at your shoulder isolation attempts like:

Ive had to drop weights down to miniscule levels while performing the movements slowly to emphasize form. And its all well and good, but I need to lift heavy again at some point, and form goes out the window when your body automatically utilizes itself in the most efficient way possible

I'm lucky, I got good traps without much direct traps work, I think it was mainly from heavy deadliest.

Front delts come from ohp

Most people are shitty at working their traps. Watch someone shrug, youll see what I mean. Its amazing how many big dudes with sagging shoulders there are. Slow, strong contractions. And this is coming from someone whose shoulders are the most developed part of my physique. Big traps make your entire upper body appear much larger.
