In college one year I ran out of money so I was eating basically just 1 small sandwich a day. Couldn't find a job either to pay for food. Not even at the Uni in the cafeteria.

Over the course of like 4 months I lost a ton of weight and I only shit like once ever 4 days.

I was 9, we had a horrible car accident(guy fell asleep and swerved into our lane with both cars going 55). Seatbelt caught me across the belly(rear middle seat with just the one strap). The impact severed my intestines, and damaged my spine. The doctors didn't treat me, but sent me home instead. This continued for a week of me being admitted in horrible pain, then being sent home to suffer more.

After a week of that, I was done. I couldn't eat, drink, or sleep. I had lost like 30 lbs and I was underweight to begin with. I was admitted and they finally decided to find the problem, but by then I had developed gangrene in my intestines, and according to the doctors, I wouldn't have survived more than a few more hours. I was rushed into surgery where they removed my rotten guts. I still have pain, nerve damage, and back problems, but at least I survived. Did have to go through physical therapy though.
