Flanders is ripped. He'd beat Dinkleberg hands-down.

Uhh, maybe Homer? I don't recall ever seeing Timmy's dad fight.

This. As for Homer, he could probably win against Flanders/Dinkleburg/Timmy's Dad combined given his ability to take blows to the head/burning hatred for Flanders.

The fact that Dinkleberg was mentioned in the title should be an obvious clue that TC is talking about The Fairly Oddparents.

I haven't seen that show for ages. Is that the boss of Timmy's dad?

Dinkleberg is Timmy's dad's neighbor and one-sided rival. Timmy's dad HATES him, but Dinkleberg doesn't really notice/care and is still a nice neighbor.

Although, I do kinda remember one episode where Dinkleberg is actually an evil master villain or something.
