I got one prior to my lung surgery but didn't really feel anything from it, just felt like someone pushing against my back. Then shortly after that I was unconscious from the meds anyway

They are usually only a temporary fix, but they are extremely helpful. My mother gets them several times a year and says they are definitely not as bad as the surgery it would take to correct it. Definitely worth it as long as you can handle it.

Day 2: Had to work most of today. Haven't noticed much improvement yet, and my lower back hurt way more while working today than usual.
