Why are liberals completely incapable and unwilling to exert even 1/10th of the brainpower necessary to figure out why their babby's first dime-store economic policies are actually really terrible and not well thought out ideas?

Wealthy people receive the bulk of tax cuts because wealthy people pay the bulk of the taxes. It's hard to give somebody a tax cut who doesn't pay taxes. Wealthy people are also the ones who EMPLOY everyone else. You ever gotten a job working for a poor person?
