My thing is that it shows how petty and childish he is. Forget the argument of whether it's racist or a joke, why bring her up? I can sort of understand why he still brings up Hillary, Obama, or any of the Republicans he ran against, but she's just a senator, not someone he ran against, his predecessor, or in charge of the house or senate.
It's fucking weird for him to do this. If it was just the one time, then sure, let bygones be bygones. But he has a history of focusing on a single person and never stopping from fixating on them, weeks after they should be relevant.
