like, you can ask them to cut at 20 inches, 20.5 inches, 21 inches, etc.
I need to build an extension for a table so I need it to be level. So I took careful measurements and the table has to be 78.2 cm from the ground. They sound incompetent if they can't do that for you, I would seek out a different place to do the job.
