WafflehouseJK 11/29/17 4:19:41 AM #4:	Personally, Phantom Menace bored me far more than AotC. At least stuff was happening in AotC, maybe not good stuff, but stuff nonetheless. PM had podracing and Darth Maul, that's it. Plus AotC has the best Star Wars character, the Death Stick Merchant, AKA Elan Sleazebaggano. --- "She was like, 'Oh, did you see that firefighter? Try_Another___ 11/29/17 7:49:15 AM #14:	Attack of the Clones is such an atrocious movie that I actually cannot believe that there wasn't a point in its development where someone with some sense stepped in and put a stop to it. The Phantom Menace was a dull movie with some scarce redeeming qualities (at the end of the day it was still a bright and upbeat movie) but AotC is so dull and drab and it takes itself way too seriously. The subject matter of the movie is outlandish and so far detached from everything else in the star wars universe up to that point and they tried to cram so much content into one movie that it just all loses any impact it might have had (clone facility on kamino, jango fett battle, shmi's death, padme and Anakin's romance, the huge battle on geonosis).
