Wasn't planning on playing this game this weekend, I was going to play more Horizon before my Xenoblade 2 SE comes in the mail. However my best friend and fighting game rival started playing Tekken 7 and I had it laying around since launch so I ended up playing it too with him. Few hours later got the platinum because this is one of the easiest fighting game platinums out there.

This is only my 3rd Tekken game (played a lot of Tekken 2 in arcades when I was kid and owned Tekken Tag 2 on Wii U) so I'm not an expert at it by any means. In fact I barely played actual Tekken characters and I mainly played as Geese (and pretended he was a member of the Bullet Club)



In fact I was so out of the Tekken loop I took the time to unlock everything in the gallery to learn the complete story of Tekken 1-6 before jumping into 7's story.

The Platinum was as follows:

- Complete the story mode
- Complete the special fight in story mode
- Complete special battles against Akuma and Kazumi
- Complete 10 character episodes
- Won a match in every type on online mode
- Played 10 online matches total
- Achieved a Great Victory
- Achieved a Perfect Victory
- Obtained 10,000,000 Fight Money
- Won 3 consecutive treasure battles
- Fought 3 special battles in Treasure Battle
- Get Promoted to Warrior Rank (can be done in single player as there's separate ranks for offline and online)
- Obtained 50 treasure boxes
- Dealt 50,000 total damage in Practice Mode
- Various combat related trophies (performing various types of moves 10 or 20 times, etc)

I will play Star Ocean 4K if someone else on B8 gets the platinum first

if no one has the balls to step up to the plate I'm not going to bother because it's the same trophy list as the PS3 version
