When I think about the lives of others (Celebrities etc.) When I think about what someone else might be thinking. But in the end it's been coming from my own thoughts my whole life. It's scaring the s*** out of me and idk what to do anymore. I have a hard time believing 7.5 billion people are concious in the way that I am.

TLDR I think I'm the only real person and it's making me depressed.

21. I don't remember having this problem when I was younger. And I used to be way more social too. A few months ago I started having what I think is early schizophrenia? I started believing I was Jesus and that I was sent here to save the world. I also started having hallucinations that wouldn't go away which led me to believe they were real. One night every person I would look at looked like an alien. I then came up with the idea that humans are actually aliens in disguise and that I was the main alien. Like the star of the show. Like how Pikachu is the star of Pokemon. I can go and on. I haven't had hallucinations in a few months. I constantly have very vivid dreams and sleep paralysis when I nap during the day. I also think I have depersonalization, I think way too deep and start getting depressed at thoughts like "I'm just another person to everyone else. "My mom wouldn't love me if I was born with another family etc" and I also think of myself too much in 3rd person. I feel like my body and the way I look is just a costume and I can't even talk to someone without freaking out at the thought that their body is just a costume. Ill probably be going to the doctor soon I have just been really lazy about it.
