Board 8 > B8 Reality TV watchers, Help me make a Big Brother Fed! [TEW]

So I don't know if anyone here knows what TEW is but Tom Bombadil, iHateThisCPU, Lopen and I have been making a mod for it. It's a wrestling game that you book wrestling shows. I already made a Survivor fed based around that "Best Survivor Season" I did almost a year ago now.

Anyways, I bring this up because we are also going to a Big Brother group and I was wondering if you guys could help because at this point I have only watched seasons 2, 3, 18, 19 and know a decent amount about 16 and 17. The only rules are that I only get 16 characters. And we were requiring Hayden Moss, Jessie Godderz and Frank Eudy.

I said Hayden because of his survivor background and Jessie Godderz because he actual wrestles. And then Tom likes Frank.

I would lean more casual if I had a preference but since you're help feel free to share your personal favorites.

So that leaves me needing:
5 guys
8 girls
1 Announcer (Julie Chen)
1 Color Commentator (typically a retired wrestler I did Rob Cesternino and Fishbach cause of KIA)
1 "Road Agent" (for Survivor I did Kirhoffer because he makes the challenges
1 Referee (I was thinking a Big Brother player who particularly wasn't good at comps but good at hosting challenges)

I am going to post my ideas in the next post but I'm going to need help because I don't have a wide range of Big Brother knowledge. Thanks!

Road Agent Alison Grodner because it was the only producer who's name I knew
Ref - Kevin Schlehuber (I thought this was good because he sucked at Big Brother but was funny on the challenges)
