If you do take it consistently, have you noticed any improvements over mood or any other benefits?

Yes I do. I'm not sure how much it changes anything, with all the other variables.
But I know that naturally, I do not get enough Vitamin D, as most people in my region don't..particularly this time of year.

So you a mega dose it a bit, just to be on the safe side.

I'm Canadian and I do. Unless you get at least half an hour of quality sun (close to peak hours) a day you are probably on the low side. Most people are, typically working indoors and having mainly indoor hobbies.

Might be a good idea to actually get your levels checked, but 5-10k a day honestly wouldn't hurt. Try it and see if you notice anything.

No, Upstate New York. About 10 miles south-east of The Adirondacks.
But I work nights, and am also a night owl.
So, it's safe to say I am Vitamin D deficient.
