I know someone who claims weed broke up their parents, too. Different times back then. They were looked at as drug addicts.

My dad had serious anger issues and drinks way too much so him.

I think my mom kinda childishly married him because they started dating in High School and she really loved him. It took her way too long to end the marriage.

I said my mom, but only because Im more like my dad. They had as amicable a split as I can imagine and we still gather as a family pretty frequently. They just fell out of love, and I think theyre both great people, but my mom is just SO loud and bubbly and hyper like 90% of the time. My dad and I are chill dudes. A fitting microcosm is that my dad and I are watch the movie/show in silence, totally invested, discuss afterwards folks, my mom is a chatter and make comments about everything type. Those tiny things grate and add up.

So, no ones fault, I just often dont really know how they ever really clicked on the little things like that.
